The special feature of Omya Smartfill 55-AV is that it not only improves the stiffness and impact strength of polyamide and polycarbonate, but also reduces the carbon footprint and increases the recycled content in the end product, as Omya Smartfill 55-AV is certified by Bureau Veritas as a recycled material. In the injection molding of glass fiber reinforced plastics, the addition of Omya Smartfill 55-AV improves the dimensional stability of the parts due to its isotropic properties.
